PROREACT P production bioreactors have a more sophisticated sterile design than the PROREACT B series. These plants meet the highest demands on cleanability and sterilizability, component and material properties and fermenter equipment.
In most cases we adapt our systems to the special requirements of the process and of course to the factory standard of our customers. Further aspects such as installation planning, routing or required geometric specifications are of course taken into account.
The plant components are prefabricated as “package units / skids” in the factory in Rheinbach (Germany). A factory acceptance test (FAT) is conducted in your presence.
On customer request, all engineering, manufacturing, programming and installation processes are also qualified according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) specifications. The GMP-documented plants are then subject to the designation PROREACT G.
In the case of production plants, pre- or basic engineering is often carried out in advance of the contract award in order to evaluate the economic efficiency with regard to investment and operating costs as well as to determine the exact user requirement specifications or a tender.
We can take over the corresponding pre-planning in our project department for you, the customer, and thus minimize the interfaces.
This also applies to the interfaces for upstream and downstream processing. Here we are able to plan and implement even large, complex process units with our contracting partners.
