FRINGS relies on proven and comprehensive test routines. This ensures that each plant and aggregate meet your and our high requirements.
Plant systems are subjected to a factory acceptance test (FAT) using standardized acceptance routines. Depending on the industry for which the plants are planned and manufactured, we also carry out the corresponding qualification procedures according to GMP.
All this is usually carried out in the presence of the customer, so that all quality and performance criteria are checked against the requirement profile before delivery of the plant.
After the factory acceptance test, the plants are dismantled, packed and transported to your site. There the final inspection, the so-called SAT (Site Acceptance Test, is also carried out according to specified criteria.
If you as a customer would like to specify your own testing and qualification procedures, this is of course possible. This is coordinated in the context of contract awarding and early project planning.
