ASSEMBLY

Smaller complete plants, so-called “package units” are completely assembled and tested in our assembly hall, including piping, cabling and automation. The maximum height for the assembly is approx. 8 m.
Laboratory and pilot plant fermenters and almost all filtration plants are realized in this way.

The assembly method as “Package Unit” enables the plants to be installed and commissioned at the respective customer site with minimum effort.

Larger units are designed modularly. This means that supply units and pump systems etc. are pre-assembled in a rack design (“skids”) in the factory and then assembled with the large apparatus such as tanks on the construction site.
