FRINGS has developed a new nutrient called Biozym DS for the production of organic vinegars (according to Regulation (EC) 2018/848, controlled by DE-ÖKO-013). It is suitable for the production of alcohol, wine and fruit vinegars in he normal process.

Tested and certified standards

The components as well as the manufacturing process in our company have been tested and certified by the inspection body QC&I GmbH DE-ÖKO-013 accordingly.

Like our ACETOZYM products, BIOZYM DS is filled in our new APT (Advanced Packing Technology) packaging.
