The filter complements our product range of ACETATOR types F200 / F300 ideally and rounds off a small but fine vinegar factory perfectly.
The filtered vinegar is crystal clear and stable over a long period of time, so that e.g. no bacterial growth can occur in the filled bottles.
In addition to this standard series, special systems with special requirements (according to customer specifications or based on extended filtration tests in our pilot plant) are available for special applications
The superior plant design of the FRINGS CLEARFLOW systems is characterized by a number of special features:
Uninterrupted filtration cycles of up to 14 days are not uncommon. This is usually followed by a CIP cleaning cycle of approx. 3 – 4 h duration. Then the system is ready for use again.
The average product losses are only 0.3% of the raw vinegar quantity to be filtered.
The daily operator effort covers a period of about 10 minutes!
