It shows the importance of our fermentation technology that the name “ACETATOR”, which is also protected by FRINGS as a trademark, is now a synonym for “vinegar fermenters” worldwide.
Most vinegar factories operate several fermenters, some are very different in size, in order to use them according to seasonal production requirements or for different vinegar qualities or different raw materials.
ACETATORS are offered by FRINGS in various numbers of standard sizes. These can then be used to configure the desired total fermentation capacity on a modular basis. Of course, the production volumes can also be expanded at a later date.
In addition to the standard series, we also offer ACETATOR systems in a greatly increased performance version as Super-Charged (SC) series. The SC version enables a significantly higher production output with unchanged standard tank size, which is an enormous advantage especially in narrow halls.
