ACETOMAT S7 LOGIC
The fully automatic ACETATOR / fermenter control for your normal process
The ACETOMAT S7 LOGIC is the proven basic version of our well-known automation family. Most of the impressive advantages of the ACETOCONTROL S7i LOGIC have been transferred to the smaller ACETOMAT S7 system. The visualization is done by means of a 7″ Human Machine Interface (HMI).
The ACETOMAT S7 is designed for automatic process control in the normal process (see vinegar technology – process). This system also has the well-known functions such as remote control, storage of fermentation data, graphic and tabular display of the process and much more.
Proven partner in normal processes
The proven ACETOMAT N II is still available and is ideally suited for automatic discharge triggering in the normal process and has the following functions and displays:
- Online alcohol detection
- Freely selectable residual alcohol concentration
- Display of the current alcohol content in the fermenter
- Display and control of the fermentation temperature via switch contact
- Analog output for the determined alcohol concentration
