The PILOT ACETATORS F200 and F300 with a total volume of 200 and 300 L respectively are comparatively small plants for the production of high-priced specialty vinegars, such as fruit vinegars and wine vinegars. The starting materials are wines and alcoholic mashes with a significantly higher quality than in the large-volume industrial processes.

Thus, this plant is suitable for wineries and specialty vinegar producers, where the cellar master not only places great emphasis on the art of wine fermentation, but also on vinegar fermentation. If vinification and vinegar production are in one hand, it is possible to produce aromatic vinegars from the best raw materials without re-dilution with water.

More time for the essential through automation

Manufacturers of specialty vinegars are also subject to cost pressure on the raw material and production side. In order to avoid reject batches and to give the cellar master enough time to focus on the essentials, we have therefore designed and automated the PILOT ACETATORS F200/F300 in a very user-friendly way.

The annual production capacity of the PILOT-ACETATOR F200 is approx. 20,000 liters of vinegar 10% per year, for the F300 it is approx. 30,000 liters of vinegar 10%.

  • Central ACETOMAT S7 LOGIC with Human Machine Interface (HMI)
  • Alcohol measuring probe type ALKOSENS
  • Vertical defoamer
  • Charge line system and charge pump
  • Discharge line system and discharge pump
  • Fresh and return air pipe system including activated carbon – Fresh air filter
  • Cooling water and air control valve
  • Level indicator, Pt100, pressure probes etc.
