In the version shown, the fermenter system, which can also be used as a reaction system for the processing of bioproduction, is resistant to most chemicals and salts even at higher temperatures.
In addition to the hybrid versions, we also offer the plants, including the piping systems and bioreactor equipment, in a design that consists exclusively of highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

We have often been confronted with the question of cultivation or bio-hybrid processes in corrosive media at our customers or in research cooperations. Examples are marine biotechnology, fermentations with halophilic production organisms or combined processes with fermentation and subsequent product preparation under corrosive conditions.
Conventional bioreactors are not suitable to conduct such processes. We have therefore addressed these issues and found suitable solutions for a variety of problems. In addition to the process-technical features, special attention was paid to the choice of materials.
