FRINGS SUBMERSIBLE AERATOR TA

Mode of operation of the «TA»:

The impeller rotates in the center of the guide ring and thus automatically draws in air through a pipe. At the same time water flows into the impeller, is intensively mixed with the air and the mixture is thrown radially outwards through the guide ring. Due to the rotation of the impeller and the static guide ring, the air is divided into very fine bubbles.

Thus, the large mass transfer surface gained and the strong turbulence of the generated flow allow high oxygen utilization.

The air-water mixture emerging from the guide ring is ejected at high speed just above the bottom of the tank or basin and allows direct intensive aeration of tanks or basins – depending on the type of aerator – up to 6 m in diameter (basin-∅ A).
This type of application guarantees maximum oxygen input values. For the treatment of normally polluted wastewater, the basin can be considerably larger, since there is a zone around the diameter area A which is aerated by the mammoth pump effect of the rising air bubbles (basin-∅ B).

In any case, the submerged aerator ensures a very good mixing of the entire basin and thus prevents deposits on the basin floor.
